Have you ever written a bucket list? It is surprisingly hard to come up with 50 measurable and attainable things that you may want to accomplish. Since none of us knows how long we will live, I've decided to write a 50 before 50 list and hope for the best!
I started this list last fall and its taken me this long to complete it and post it. The ones in bold I've since accomplished!

As you can see travel is on the top of my list. I really love traveling and one of my goals this year is to not let having 5 kids stand in the way of my seeing the world, hopefully with them. There is a big world out there and I want to see it and share it with my family!

I love your Bucket List! I have so many on mine too. I'm now motivated to sit down and write them all out! Thanks!
i like your new recipe idea... although i am not so good about keeping up with things for a whole year, especially when you throw in travel and all the crazy life mommy stuff that comes up.
traveling is fun. i think US landmarks is great when they are younger and the international travel (especially with the long flights) is much easier when they are 7. which, coincidentally, is the age they can ride in first class for us. *cough* i am so spoiled.
my brother in law and his friend started a travel website called www.wanderberry.com. you can login and they have a ton of lists you can check-off. it's fun to see where you've been and gives you ideas of other places to travel.
i hope you have a great time in LA!
love,
marsha
Read the entire Bible is at the top of my list. I think 50 is too many things for me to come up with... though I guess I have accomplished some of the things on my mental list. My hubby & I renewed our vows on our 10 year anniversary, and plan to renew them every 10 years. I want to finish writing a book and publish it. I want to get comfortable sharing my testimony/the gospel; actually I want to get bold sharing the gospel. I also have this crazy idea that I thought of again today: I'd like to know the Bible so well that I can use the word of God as everyday conversation (not just in conversation, but make His words my vocabulary). I want to tie so many strings with my children that they know how much I enjoy being with them as people, not just because they are my children.
You did a great job on your list! I have one too that's over 200 items long, but it has taken many years! Best of luck!
