As a mother of FIVE I’d like to believe that I’ve seen or tried it all when it comes to baby gear. The arrival of our newest addition also meant I was once again in search of baby gadgets, gear and gizmos. I cannot believe all of the amazing new things that have come out since our 2nd youngest daughter (now 2 1/2) was a newborn.
I hope my list inspires you if you are shopping for an upcoming baby shower or creating your own baby registry for your own little bundle.
This infant bath seat is only $12 and fits perfectly in my kitchen sink! I love using it to bathe our 3 month old daughter because she is cradled in and in a more upright position which she prefers right now.
The MamaRoo Bouncer is pricey—I’m not even going to pretend that $200 for a bouncer is a bargain. However, I really feel it is worth every stinking penny. You just won’t believe how it moves, bounces and sways and there are a ton of nature sound options built-in that you can play or you connect a MP3player to it and play your own tunes. My sweet girl loves it. I love that it doesn’t look hideous, adjusts to many positions and plugs into the wall (no more changing batteries while a baby is screaming!), and is easy to clean!
In keeping with my “no hideous baby accessories” vow I just had to get Boon’s grass roots drying rack. It looks gorgeous on my counter top and actually works well too. Plus, it’s also BPA- and Phthalate-free!
What was your favorite? Do you have any products to add to my list?

Definately couldn't live without my Hotsling! I have used it for both my boys. I have done everything from washing the car to powerwashing the garage floor with baby attached!! Priceless for those separation-anxiety months- and pretty cute too!
Wow! Love all of these ideas!! Thanks for stopping by my site so I could find yours!
i loved that grass drying rack so much, i got one for my sister. it looks so much better sitting next to the kitchen sink than the traditional rack does.
i am really liking your picks. i had never heard of giggle until my sister bought her stroller there. very compact and easy to maneuver through the subway and streets of ny. high price tag but still very tempting for me to consider iffen God blesses us with a wee one.
First of all Karin, YOU ARE GORGEOUS!. Second, i love all of them, my and my son are fans of mamaRoo. the grass drying rack is super cute and useful.
