Journey to the Dead Sea

The Dead Sea is the most salty body of water in the entire world and is also the lowest point on earth. It has a salt content of 33%.

Many visitors to the Dead Sea enjoy the unusual buoyancy that one can experience. I did not swim in the Dead Sea but I did take a few stones, put my hand in the water, take pictures of fellow travelers, and enjoy the beautiful rainbow that broke through the clouds that day.

Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."
Genesis 9:16

How amazing that you were blessed to see a rainbow that day! Did you bring back any sea salt?
