Oops! I did it again

I registered for another Blog Conference.
BlogHer '10 in the Big Apple.
It is all her fault, for posting this.

I do promise to keep the blog conference posts to a minimum. I know it gets old reading about everyone going to a blog conference when you could care less, or cannot go. I know that is how I felt last year. This year I'm going more out of curiosity than anything.

Are you going?

Karin,
You totally rock. Thanks so much for letting me bend your arm. . . :*)

We will have a blast in NYC in August, and I cannot wait to meet you--and all of the other super-cool homeschooling/teacher-parents who make it out to the Big Apple this summer.

I am dancing around the living room right now, thinking about great it will be to connect with so many talented people!

Couldn't be happier that we've connected--

Yipee! I'm going too. It will be my FIRST blog conference evah. Sooo... be kind to the newbie please. =)

You'll have to post all your hints from Blissdom for me so I know what to take and do.

Are you taking your family? I'm considering it.

Initially, I thought about BlogHer. But then I got tired of some posts about drama and swag and whatnot after this last BlogHer Conf. I don't do drama.

So I decided on Blissdom instead. A little more family and low-key... still lots of talent but more a Christian mindset (I hope).

Considering the SheSpeaks conference... not sure though. I am interested in the writing track, not the speaking! Yikes. Speaking makes me ill.

Is something wrong with talking to yourself? I really hope not...or I'm in serious trouble. I thought that was a byproduct of motherhood...no?

Anyway, August seems so far away...I'm honestly just strugging to get through January. Let's keep in touch.

I'm a proud Christian homeschooling mother of 5 and wife to a Road Warrior CEO. Four of our children came through the miracle of IVF and 1 through the miracle of adoption. Before I became a home educator I was a interior decorator, event planner, store owner and professional organizer! Now I get to use my past professional skills (and a few new ones) to the benefit of my family and our home.

Did you miss this?
