I'm not sure I'm exactly ready for this, but I'm going to Blissdom '10.
I'd like to be a cool blogger and learn more about writing, blogging, social media, networking etc.
Plus, it is a good excuse to get out of the house and do something for myself.
What made me want to go?
Well, first I read this post and then this one.
That made me feel better about going, even if no one talks to me.
I even learned what Moo Cards were and that a lot of people have them even though Darcy doesn't like them because she loses them. I learned that I cannot think about going to this without some sort of card with my blog info on them----even if I don't think I have the nerve to hand them to anyone. Or worse, I try and someone says, "No thanks." That could happen, right?
Oh. My. Gosh.
I'm not sure I'm ready for this.
But I'm going.

I just made some cards and ordered them from Vistaprint. I hope they come out okay. I didn't put much info on them and I only ordered the min of 250. Yikes. 250? Yup, I think I'm going to have lots of cards left over.

I will be there and we can walk around with our little cards in our tube socks that we aren't supposed to wear and try and figure out who the "Pro Bloggers" are that we aren't supposed to tackle! :))) I wonder if that means that I won't be able to get "The Nester" to autograph my glue gun? :))
