Actress Brittany Murphy, age 32, died on Sunday.
This is just so sad to me. She was so young.
You can read more of the story here and here. Of course whenever someone so young dies in Hollywood there are rumors of drug abuse and eating disorders and Brittany Murphy's death is no different. In true Hollywood fashion the press is awaiting the coroner's report.
But what I'm curious about is this, does it freak you out more when people who are younger than you die? I'm so freaked out by this.

I'm the same age as she is and it FREAKS ME OUT. I CAN'T die, I have kids to raise. It makes me ill to even think about it.
Her death REALLY freaked me out. It was so weird because I had just watched one of her movies on DVD on Saturday. Then the next night I found out she died. I think it does seem to affect you when someone your own age or younger than you dies. In this case, she and I were born in the same year. I got goose pimples when I heard about her passing, so sad!
Yes, it totally freaks me out. Especially because it was so sudden! Seriously is 2009 the year of death for celebs? It's so wierd watching movies of a celeb after they have died but I love Brittany Murphy's movies! After seeing Riding In Cars With Boys (I think that's what it's called) she was my favorite actress I thought she was just so pretty and a great actress.
So sad, didn't she have a child?
just a reminder that we all have something in common-- we are all dying. we just have to be ready.
