First day of school lunch

Today was our first day of First Grade.
We wanted to make it a special day for all.
What better way to celebrate than to have a fun lunch?
Okay, so we didn't do the brown bag idea.
But, it was the first day of school!

My picky little eaters ate it all up!
What a great first day we had.

What do you think?

What a fun idea! So when you home school your kids, do you do the whole new school clothes thing too?

Your picky little eaters eat cauliflower? Mine won't touch the stuff-- I don't care for it much either.

Pretty healthy and tasty for having picky little ones, Karin!
